Mindful Meditation

2nd Monday at 6:30- 8:00 p.m.
Anyone can meditate. Come and take a moment from your busy life to slow down for an evening of gathering, meditating (guided seated meditation), sharing mindful listening, and drinking tea. The evening will end with a short, guided loving-kindness meditation. This event will be limited to 10 people to provide for a more intimate setting.
